About the Role

We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within our billing and medical systems. The ideal candidate has experience with Automation Anywhere, a strong analytical mindset, and technical proficiency in automation and database management.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Scottsdale, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand process requirements and design billing and medical system automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for RPA processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues during the development and deployment of automation solutions.
• Support ongoing automated process maintenance, including periodic reviews, optimizations, and updates.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated workflows with existing systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support automation initiatives and broader organizational needs.

Position Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, computer science, or a related field required.
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience developing complex robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Experience and certification with Automation Anywhere required.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Technical Skills:

• • Basic understanding of programming languages (Python preferred) – this role does not involve Python development, but our ecosystem utilizes it.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
  • Extensive experience in developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues efficiently.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving.
  • Ability to design and implement precise, accurate, and efficient automation solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Rate: $70,000-$80,000 annually (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
