About the Role

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to make a significant impact in a fertility patient’s journey towards parenthood by ensuring the seamless operation of critical financial processes. As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to oversee key departments and lead a multidisciplinary team to drive efficiency, compliance, and exceptional performance.

We are seeking a Accounts Receivable Supervisor, to join our corporate team at Pinnacle Fertility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR operations, including insurance and patient AR, claim resolutions, and call center functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and SLAs. Analyze trends and implement strategies to reduce aging balances and improve collections.
• Set performance goals, monitor key metrics, and conduct reviews to drive team success. Provide coaching, foster accountability, and ensure timely resolution of customer support tickets.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, present AR performance reports, and communicate company goals to the team.
• Lead training initiatives, develop resources, and support team growth through mentorship and succession planning.
• Manage escalated disputes, investigate denied claims, and resolve high-priority cases promptly.

Position Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent coding certification.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of insurance billing claims follow-up, and patient collections, ideally in an infertility-based healthcare or medical setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, and payer policies.
  • Proven track record of managing and improving AR processes, reducing aging balances, and maximizing collections.
• Skills:
  • Experience with nAble IVF EMR is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.
