About the Role
We are seeking a Fertility Care Patient Navigator Supervisor to lead our patient navigation team. This role is responsible for overseeing patient care coordination, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The Fertility Care Patient Navigator Supervisor will provide mentorship, training, and performance oversight to staff, working closely with leadership to maintain compliance, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance service delivery.

We are seeking a Fertility Care Patient Navigator Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Seattle Reproductive Medicine. This is a full-time position with a preference for candidates based in the Seattle area, including our clinics in Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Everett, or Tacoma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the Navigator team to improve operational efficiencies and patient service delivery.
  • Plan and organize clinical staff responsibilities to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals, provide coaching, and motivate staff to achieve them.
  • Develop and manage clinical staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to assigned shifts.
  • Ensure staff compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, providing training and updates as needed.
  • Monitor patient flow and facilitate effective service delivery to maintain high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee training and onboarding for new hires, as well as ongoing education for existing staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for new and existing team members and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Address and resolve daily operational issues related to the Seattle and Tacoma clinical teams.
  • Lead service recovery efforts, handling complex patient interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide on-call support for weekend coverage and urgent navigator inquiries.
  • Attend and lead team meetings, nursing meetings, and operational reviews.
  • Regularly check in with staff to assess support needs and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure clinic-wide patient care tasks, such as worklist management, are completed daily.
  • Monitor and assign unaddressed patient portal communications to the appropriate team members.
  • Develop and implement educational opportunities for clinical staff to enhance knowledge and patient care.
  • Serve as a role model by demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and commitment to Pinnacle’s mission.
  • Maintain and update patient care documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide coverage and direct patient navigation support as needed.
  • Participate in assigned projects and communicate relevant operational updates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of new patient assignments to the navigator team.
  • Maintain punctuality and readiness for work during scheduled hours.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3–5 years in customer service, patient navigation, case management, or a related healthcare role.
    • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance processes, and patient advocacy.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently while managing a caseload of patients.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
    • Comfortable supporting and collaborating with offshore staff.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $28.75 – $48.22 per hour (Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
