About This Role
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and safety of Pinnacle Fertility’s facilities to ensure a functional, safe, and efficient environment for employees, patients, and visitors. This role plays a critical part in supporting clinical operations by proactively managing building systems, vendor relationships, compliance requirements, and emergency preparedness.
Working closely with clinic leadership, operations teams, and external vendors, the Facilities Manager ensures facilities are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and aligned with organizational goals. This role blends hands-on facilities oversight with strategic planning, budget management, and service delivery.
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and building automation systems (BAS).
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues, service requests, and facility-related emergencies.
- Conduct regular building inspections, safety audits, and condition assessments.
- Coordinate space planning, moves, adds, and changes (MAC) to support evolving business needs.
- Maintain accurate facility drawings, asset inventories, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, ADA, fire/life safety, and environmental requirements.
- Manage emergency preparedness plans, drills, and incident response procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related concerns and regulatory inspections.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
- Oversee facilities-related projects, including repairs, upgrades, and capital improvements.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability for facilities operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership, clinic teams, tenants, and cross-functional partners.
- Provide guidance and oversight to facilities staff or on-site teams, as applicable.
- Support workplace experience initiatives and address occupant concerns with a service-oriented mindset.
- Other duties and projects assigned.
Position Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and vendor management.
- Experience managing contracts, budgets, and facilities-related projects.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency with CMMS, BAS, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Financial acumen with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Leadership mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and access mechanical spaces.
- May require after-hours or on-call availability for emergencies.
