About This Role
The Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting Pinnacle Fertility’s brand presence and marketing operations, with a strong focus on online reputation management, business listings accuracy, and social listening. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys balancing execution, coordination, and insight-driven brand support.
In this role, you will help ensure Pinnacle Fertility’s clinics maintain a consistent, accurate, and positive digital presence while also supporting marketing campaigns, events, and cross-functional initiatives. You will collaborate closely with marketing leadership, clinic teams, vendors, and creative partners to execute initiatives that enhance visibility, credibility, and patient trust across the organization.
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize online business listings and directories across Pinnacle Fertility clinics to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Monitor and respond to patient and employee reviews across digital platforms, escalating issues as appropriate and supporting timely resolution.

Conduct social listening and brand monitoring to track sentiment, identify trends, and flag potential reputation risks or opportunities.

Track, analyze, and report insights related to online reputation, reviews, listings performance, and brand sentiment.

Support directory and listing enhancements that improve visibility, credibility, and conversion to appointments and candidate interest.

Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of national conferences, corporate activations, and internal marketing events.

Provide hands-on support for in-office guests, special events, and employee engagement initiatives.

Establish and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to align campaigns, events, and key milestones.

Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely execution across marketing initiatives.

Coordinate vendor communication, quote bidding, and procurement for marketing materials, branded merchandise, and print assets.

Manage ordering, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials across clinics, brands, and special projects.

Coordinate creative request intake, organize feedback, and support prioritization of design projects.

Monitor project timelines and facilitate clear communication with stakeholders to support on-time delivery.

Assist with public relations initiatives, including awards submissions, press release drafting, and formatting.

Support media placement coordination with external partners and industry publications.

Prepare and format marketing presentations, reports, and internal documentation.

Serve as a resource for cross-functional teams by supporting ongoing initiatives and documentation needs.

Position Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or communications.
- Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, especially when managing online listings and brand consistency.
- Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Canva, Google Workspace, or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
- Experience coordinating vendors and managing procurement activities across teams or locations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $24.00–$30.00 per hour (Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
