About the Role

The Surgical Manager plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional care for patients undergoing fertility procedures. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to oversee surgical operations, manage clinical staff, and uphold safety and quality standards. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong leadership and operational expertise.

We are seeking a Surgical Manager to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington, located in Seattle, Washington. This is a full-time, onsite position, working Monday-Friday, with required availability from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily surgical operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor the surgical team, providing training and performance management.
• Assist with fertility-related surgical procedures such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and D&Cs.
• Manage surgical schedules, staffing, and inventory needs.

• Adhere to and support compliance with regulatory, accreditation, infection control, quality control, and safety standards applicable to surgical services.

• Initiate emergency protocols as needed and coordinate equipment repairs or corrective actions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Support patient education and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure proper maintenance of surgical equipment and supplies.

• Support organizational policies and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, efficiency, and quality of care.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education & Licensure:
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
  • Active RN license issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in ambulatory surgery.
  • Minimum 3 years of management/leadership experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience overseeing compliance required.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards, safety, and infection control best practices preferred.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of surgical protocols, compliance, and infection control standards.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $93,000 - $150,000. (Final offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
