About the Role
The Surgical Manager plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional care for patients undergoing fertility procedures. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to oversee surgical operations, manage clinical staff, and uphold safety and quality standards. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong leadership and operational expertise.
We are seeking a Surgical Manager to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington, located in Seattle, Washington. This is a full-time, onsite position, working Monday-Friday, with required availability from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily surgical operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Lead and mentor the surgical team, providing training and performance management.
- Assist with fertility-related surgical procedures such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and D&Cs.
- Manage surgical schedules, staffing, and inventory needs.

Adhere to and support compliance with regulatory, accreditation, infection control, quality control, and safety standards applicable to surgical services.

Initiate emergency protocols as needed and coordinate equipment repairs or corrective actions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Support patient education and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure proper maintenance of surgical equipment and supplies.

Support organizational policies and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, efficiency, and quality of care.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Education & Licensure:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Active RN license issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in ambulatory surgery.
- Minimum 3 years of management/leadership experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience overseeing compliance required.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of compliance standards, safety, and infection control best practices preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of surgical protocols, compliance, and infection control standards.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $93,000 - $150,000. (Final offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
