About the Role

The FP&A Analyst plays a vital role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making by delivering accurate financial analysis and insights across the organization. This position is ideal for analytical, detail-oriented individuals who excel in interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and contributing to business performance. As an FP&A Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and senior leadership, to support forecasting, reporting, and data-driven initiatives that drive growth and operational success.

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time, on-site salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics, comparing actual results to budget and forecast, and providing meaningful insights to management.
• Collaborate with department heads and business stakeholders to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of various initiatives or investment opportunities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the finance department and contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced financial reporting and analysis practices.
• Other duties and projects assigned

Position Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Skills:
  • Familiarity with financial statements and general accounting concepts.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to perform a variety of analyses.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 (Final offer based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)
