About the Role
The Surgical Technologist is a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Surgical Technologist, you will assist with fertility-focused surgical procedures, maintain sterile environments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care at every step of the path to parenthood.
We are seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington, located in Seattle. This is a full-time, onsite position, working rotating weekends with flexible 8 hours shifts between 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fertility procedures such as Egg Retrieval, D&C, Hysteroscopy, Vasectomy Reversal, Testicular Sperm Aspiration, Varicocelectomy, and others
- Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure appropriate equipment setup and operation
- Prepare and maintain surgical fields, scrub into cases, and promote a safe surgical environment
- Assist with patient positioning and monitor for comfort and safety in the OR
- Participate in OR turnover, decontamination, sterilization, and equipment maintenance
- Manage inventory to ensure surgical supplies and instruments are available and ready
- Coordinate with equipment vendors and reps to maintain proper functionality
- Collaborate with the surgical team to streamline procedures and maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and team members
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Education & Licensure:

- Washington State Department of Health Surgical Technologist licensure
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience:

- 1–2 years of experience working as a Surgical Technologist in a clinical or surgical setting preferred
- Skills & Attributes:

- Proficiency in maintaining sterile environments and assisting with surgical procedures
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a patient-first mindset

- Willingness to work within early morning shift hours and adjust as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $48.00 per hour (final offer based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
