About this Role

The Sr. Billing Manager supports the continued growth and operational effectiveness of the Central Business Office (CBO). This role partners closely with revenue cycle leaders to enhance coordination, improve workflow consistency, and increase visibility into performance across key functional areas.

This position focuses on strengthening alignment across revenue cycle functions, supporting process optimization, and ensuring consistent execution as the organization continues to scale.

This is a full-time, onsite position with Pinnacle Fertility, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across revenue cycle functions to support daily operations and ensure work is progressing efficiently
  • Help monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve coordination, throughput, and consistency
  • Support teams responsible for verification of benefits (VOB), prior authorization, billing, reimbursement, and account resolution
  • Assist in identifying trends impacting performance, including claim quality, denials, and delays in reimbursement
  • Partner with teams involved in payment posting and financial processes to support accuracy and alignment
  • Support visibility into accounts receivable performance and resolution efforts
  • Participate in call quality review processes and support consistency in patient financial communication
  • Reinforce expectations around productivity, quality, and adherence to workflows
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and process documentation to support standardization
  • Help track key performance indicators and provide visibility into trends and opportunities
  • Support cross-functional initiatives focused on improving revenue cycle performance and scalability
  • Additional projects and duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations required.
    • Exposure to multiple areas of the revenue cycle preferred
    • Fertility or reproductive healthcare experience preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
    • Ability to identify trends and support operational improvements
    • Comfortable working across multiple teams and functions in a fast-paced environment
