About us
Pomelo Care is a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, engineers and problem solvers who are passionate about improving care for moms and babies. We are transforming outcomes for pregnant people and babies with evidence-based pregnancy and newborn care at scale. Our technology-driven care platform enables us to engage patients early, conduct individualized risk assessments for poor pregnancy outcomes, and deliver coordinated, personalized virtual care throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year. We measure ourselves by reductions in preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections and maternal mortality; we improve outcomes and reduce healthcare spend.
Role Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to own and scale our commercial partner marketing initiatives. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of Product Marketing, Business Development, and Sales. You will be responsible for supporting how we go-to-market with and through our partners, equipping them to be successful, and driving joint marketing programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
This role would report directly to the Director of Product Marketing, supporting the growth of B2B marketing at Pomelo Care. This is an opportunity to have direct ownership of driving our "better together" story with commercial payers. - Partner GTM Strategy: Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for our solutions within the partner ecosystem. Define launch plans for new integrations and joint offerings with key partners.
- Partner-Centric Messaging: Craft compelling, partner-specific messaging and positioning. You will be responsible for articulating the value of our joint solutions to partners (why they should partner with us) and to end-customers (the “better together” story).
- Partner Enablement: Build and scale a world-class partner enablement program. This includes creating and delivering training, sales playbooks, pitch decks, solution briefs, and competitive battle cards specifically for partner audiences.
- Joint Marketing Campaigns: Partner with our internal patient marketing teams to deploy best-in-class marketing campaign strategies to drive enrollment.
- Relationship Building: Serve as a key marketing contact for our top-tier partners, building strong relationships and developing annual joint marketing plans.
- Performance Measurement: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing activities, demonstrating their impact on pipeline and revenue.
Who You Are (Qualifications)

- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a significant portion of that time in product marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing within the tech, digital health, SaaS, or tech industry.
- Proven experience in partner marketing is required. You have a demonstrated track record of building and executing marketing programs with and through technology or channel partners.
- Exceptional ability to develop and communicate compelling narratives for diverse audiences (from technical partner sellers to business-focused executives).
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders from inception to completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience, specifically marketing to Commercial health plans.
- RFP management and content creation.
- Strong experience in creating sales and partner enablement content and delivering training.
