The Learning Solutions Intern supports all aspects of the learning team’s projects and operations. This entry-level role focuses on building foundational skills in instructional design, program logistics, content development, and learning technology while directly contributing to impactful employee learning experiences.

What you’ll do…

  • Support the team in preparing communications for learning initiatives, including pre-session announcements and post-training follow-ups.

  • Help create and update learning materials such as job aids, presentations, and digital micro-content.

  • Participate in content audits and organization of resources within the LMS.

  • Contribute to learner feedback collection, data entry, and analysis to support program evaluation.

  • Attend and observe live and virtual trainings, summarizing lessons learned and best practices.

  • Conduct industry research on trends in learning, instructional design, or technology.

  • Support administrative tasks as needed for learning programs and workshops (scheduling, logistics, coordination registration, attendance tracking, note-taking).

About you…

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a bachelor’s or master’s program relating to HR, education, communication, psychology, or related areas.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Curiosity about adult learning, instructional design, and digital learning technologies, including Generative AI, and automating aspects of the training life cycle.

  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with LMS or e-learning authoring tools preferred

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the hourly salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $25.00/hour - $50.00/hour. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
