Growth Marketing Operations Intern
Location: Los Angeles preferred (hybrid) or remote within the U.S.
Hours: ~15–20 hours/week during the semester, commencing Jan 2026

Used by leading fertility clinics throughout the United States, we help patients navigate and afford treatments. Our company ingests unique patient biodata to support patients using AI/ML. Sunfish’s team is composed of individuals with backgrounds in fertility, health tech, insurtech, and fintech – all with a shared passion for bringing equity to family building. And we’ve done this before - our executive team has had 11 exits and 3 IPOs to date.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Operations Intern to help power the analytics and operations that keep our marketing engine running smoothly. You’ll work behind the scenes to make sure our funnels, tracking, CRM, UTMs, and reporting are accurate, organized, and ready to scale.
This role is a great fit for someone who loves structure, enjoys problem-solving, and wants hands-on experience in marketing operations at a fast-growing startup.
What You’ll Work On
Campaign Operations & Tracking
Build and maintain UTMs, tracking links, and attribution structures
QA landing pages, Typeform flows, and intake logic
Support campaign setup for paid search, SEO/GEO, and lifecycle programs
Maintain campaign calendars and cross-functional deadlines
CRM & Lifecycle Support
Help update Customer.io segments, triggers, and content blocks
Support QA of flow updates, form logic changes, and new journeys
Assist in building long-term nurture streams and buyer persona sequences
Analytics & Reporting
Pull weekly dashboards covering CAC, funnel performance, email metrics
Summarize insights from quiz behavior, campaign performance, and tests
Support A/B testing (subject lines, offer framing, landing page changes)
Cross-Functional Support
Work with paid search, GEO, SEO, and video contractors to keep projects on track
Assist with lending partner updates, form mapping, and issue tracking
Strengthen operational processes across Asana, Notion, and Sheets
Who You Are
Strong analytical thinker; comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards
