As a Marketing Operations Lead, you’ll bring a Growth mindset to balancing mar-tech expertise, execution, and leadership. You’ll support in owning our marketing tools and integrations, build and optimize automated journeys, and lead a team of associates to deliver seamless, data-driven campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and mentor junior team members on marketing operations best practices
- Manage the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of marketing databases and CRM systems
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows
- Ensure seamless data flows between marketing systems, resolving integration issues as they arise
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Safeguard data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing processes
- Drive multiple projects forward simultaneously to support Growth initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align activities with business goals
- Evaluate, select, and implement new mar-tech solutions to improve efficiency and impact
What you need to have:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field;
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations or related role;
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), CAN-SPAM laws, deliverability best practices;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment;
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Management experience;
- Hands-on Iterable experience;
- Basic HTML knowledge;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- API knowledge
