The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they always feel supported, heard, and in good hands. This role is a remote contractor position.

What you’ll do

  • Handle customer inquiries through Intercom
  • Resolve issues efficiently while keeping a customer-first mindset
  • Learn and navigate technical systems quickly to assist customers
  • Work closely with the technical and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communicator with excellent written English
  • Fast learner, especially with new software tools and technical systems
  • Proven experience in customer service (B2B or telecom experience is a plus)
  • Flexible working hours to support customers in different time zones
  • Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset

Who You Are

  • Service-minded above all. Solving problems and helping others comes naturally to you.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in tech, telecom, or fast-paced companies.
  • Able to provide a reference from a past employer or client.
  • Excellent written English (this is a must.)
  • Comfortable with the long hours of standby, flexible availability, and working autonomously.
  • Tech-savvy and curious: you enjoy learning tools and fast at figuring things out.
