We have an immediate opening for a full-time Manger of Revenue Integrity & Financial Analysis. This position will be working remote M-F 8am-5pm.
The Manager of Revenue Integrity & Financial Analysis is responsible for leading revenue integrity initiatives, financial modeling, and payer contract analysis to optimize reimbursement and protect organizational revenue. This role oversees contract pricing, underpayment analysis, and compliance with payer agreements while partnering with managed care, finance, revenue cycle, and operations teams. The Manager provides actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and ensures billing and reimbursement practices align with contracts and regulatory requirements.

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Manger of Revenue Integrity & Financial Analysis is responsible for:
Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Rivet, overseeing all aspects of the vendor relationship.
- Coordinate implementation, integration, and ongoing support of Rivet solutions with internal teams.
- Monitor vendor performance, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Revenue Integrity & Compliance
- Ensure alignment of chargemaster, billing practices, and fee schedules with payer contract terms, state mandates and organizational policies.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with “lesser-of” clauses, and billing policies.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to mitigate financial risk.
Financial Analysis & Contract Oversight
- Lead development and maintenance of payer contract workbooks and financial models to evaluate reimbursement, escalators, and contract terms.
- Analyze payment variance trends and identify underpayments or discrepancies.
- Provide ROI analysis and financial projections to guide contract negotiations and strategic planning.
Underpayment Identification, Submission & Recovery
- Benchmark expected versus actual reimbursement and identify root causes of underpayments.
- Submit underpayments to payers for processing and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Track and report underpayment recovery metrics, trends, and results.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Supervise analysts’ development and maintenance of payer contract workbooks
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Partner with managed care, finance, IT, and operations to ensure consistent application of revenue policies and contract terms.
Performance Indicators
- Increased net revenue through underpayment recovery, accurate modeling, and contract compliance.
- Reduced payment variances, denials, and compliance risks.
- Improved turnaround time for financial analyses and contract implementation.
- Meaningful contributions to payer contract negotiations and revenue strategy.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in revenue integrity, healthcare finance, or payer contract analysis.
- Strong knowledge of payer contracts, reimbursement methodologies, CPT/HCPCS coding, and underpayment analysis.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and variance analysis.
- Fertility experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills; experience with revenue cycle or contract management systems preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
