This position requires collaboration with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing nurse case management services for fertility treatments.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Advance Practice Provider / Third Party Manager to work in our San Ramon, CA office. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, with the ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary range $240k-$250k

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Advanced Practice Provider / Third Party Manager is responsible for:

• APP Oversight & Support
• Provide leadership, scheduling, and delegation for APPs to ensure appropriate patient coverage across offices.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and continuing education for APPs.
• Conduct performance evaluations, monitor job results, and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
• Ensure APP compliance with licensing, credentialing, and professional standards.
• Serve as a clinical resource for APPs on patient care protocols and workflows.
• Third Party Team Management
• Oversee daily operations of the Third-Party team, ensuring compliance with FDA and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and lead internal audits, ensuring readiness for FDA and external inspections.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and SOPs related to donor/Third Party programs.
• Provide staff training on updates to regulations, protocols, and practice policies.
• Partner with physicians, laboratory teams, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and process alignment.
• Operational & Administrative
• Maintain adequate staffing coverage across APP and Third-Party teams, adjusting schedules as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in nursing (NP) or completion of accredited PA program strongly preferred.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or significant relevant management experience in reproductive medicine/clinical operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience in fertility, women’s health, or assisted reproduction strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations related to Third Party reproduction.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between offices.
