We have an immediate opening for a Per Diem Clinical Operations Specialist - Fully remote.

Pay range $45- $60 DOE

How You'll Contribute:

• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
  • Creates and reviews clinical forms in accordance with SGF guidelines and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Updates and manages clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies.
  • Assesses and organizes clinical documents for accuracy and proper systematic archiving.
  • Assists clinical staff through training and reinforcing existing SOPs to ensure best practices.
  • Trains employees on efficient document usage and communicates changes to clinical documents and policies with clinical staff.
  • Controls and maintains SGF’s clinical document archiving system.
  • Performs transcription and conversion work.
  • Researches and identifies the need for modifications to existing policies and procedures.
  • Reviews the completion and accuracy of clinical documents, forms, and procedures.
  • Supports special projects to enhance clinical operations and team efficiency.
  • Updates and maintains patient consents and develops new consents or waivers as needed, ensuring alignment with regulatory and institutional standards.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with evolving clinical and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

• RN (2-year degree program) required. BSN preferred. Current state RN license without limitations required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in women’s health care required. IVF experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to form professional relationships with multi-cultural patients and their families, physicians, subordinate staff, and other supervisors.
• Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
• Well organized; ability to plan, supervise/train, and motivate others.
