Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Director, Finance Integration & Strategic Analysis to join our team at US Fertility working Remote.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

In this role, the Senior Director, Finance Integration & Strategic Analysis will:

Accounting ↔ FP&A ↔ Corporate Development Integration

  • Serve as the primary bridge across Accounting, FP&A, and Corporate Development
  • Ensure consistent definitions, methodologies, and roll-ups across functions
  • Reduce leadership time spent validating numbers and increase time spent driving decisions

Accounting Partnership & Close Quality

  • Partner with VP Accounting to translate month-end results into actionable insights for FP&A, operations, and executive leadership. Seamlessly bridge FP&A tools (i.e., Adaptive) with Accounting tools (i.e., InTact) to help synthesize reporting and GL
  • Provide structured analysis of accruals, revenue recognition, non-recurring / transaction related items, to highlight impact on reported financial statements
  • Improve documentation and clarity of key accounting judgments
  • Develop standardized, system-driven revenue waterfalls and roll-forward schedules reconciling bookings, billings, revenue, deferred revenue, and cash
  • Bridge GAAP Bridge GAAP inventory accounting to FP&A internal reporting requirements for related parties/consolidations
  • Drive automation and reduce spreadsheet dependency through rules-based scheduling logic

FP& A & Budgeting Partnership

  • Oversee FP&A monthly financial consolidation processes, leading FP&A team to validate methodologies, and adjustments. Leverage system and resources to improve automation, including documentation
  • Improve transparency between actual results, budget, and forecast
  • Lead analytical deep dives on key business drivers (volume, pricing, bad debt, labor SWB)
  • Participate in monthly business reviews to support executive-level financial narratives
  • Liaise with private equity sponsors and lenders on data and analytical requests, including normalization and performance trending
  • Partner on annual budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning
  • Ensure annual budget assumptions are systematically implemented operationally (FTE, allocations, PDE models, etc.)

Financial Transformation & M&A Integration

  • Validate data sources, roll-ups, and financial assumptions across systems
  • Improve traceability of key metrics across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Lead finance integration of newly acquired entities
  • Maintain cost and revenue allocation frameworks across business lines, incorporating impact of acquisitions or other material business changes
  • Support transaction-related analysis and accounting implications of growth initiatives

Financial Reporting & Capability Development

  • Actively support and develop clear financial narratives for executive leadership, physicians, PE owners, and lenders
  • Maintain alignment between FP&A reporting and GAAP results
  • Strengthen foundational data infrastructure and reporting processes
  • Support special finance initiatives as the organization scales

Qualifications and Skills Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibilities in accounting and/or financial analysis experience is required.
  • Master's degree or CPA and 1-2 years of supervisory experience are preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, organizational, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills are required.
