We have an immediate opening for a Full-time Float Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in our Shady Grove Fertility team here in the Atlanta, GA area. The schedule is flexible but will offer a 40 hour per week schedule. This position is mainly supporting our Sandy Springs location but could require occasional travel to other locations as needed. Remote work availability after 6 months of employment and successfully passing the probationary period.

How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Float Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for:
- Assisting with the clinical care of fertility patients
- Providing patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
- Providing pre and post op education
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
- Works independently to assure the program goals are achieved
- Support and promote excellence in customer service
The skills and education we need are:
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required.
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
