Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Financial Educator Trainer to join our Remote team.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time; Weekends and holidays as needed however not typically required; Quarterly travel required.

In this role, the Financial Educator Trainer will:

Design, update, and deliver financial training programs for USF staff, including onboarding, orientation, and competency assessments

Develop and maintain training materials aligned with organizational needs and financial workflows, policies, and systems

Train staff on practice management, EMR, insurance processes, practice financial programs, and revenue cycle operations

Collaborate with leadership, HR, RCM, Clinical Operations, and office teams to meet training and operational needs

Manage training schedules, documentation, resources, and remote or on-site sessions, including new office implementations

Monitor staff performance, quality, and patient satisfaction, providing coaching, continuing education, and support to ensure excellence; Onboard new staff

Serve as a Super User for financial systems, maintain technical expertise, and stay current on industry updates

Promote professional development, lead educational initiatives, and act as a role model for ethics, safety, and service excellence

Ensure compliance with financial policies, SOX, HIPAA, and other legal regulations, reporting issues as needed

Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information while supporting operational goals
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:
- Associates degree in Business Administration or other relevant field required; Bachelors’ degree preferred; Additional years of relevant experience beyond that required may be substituted for higher education
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry required; Women’s health & infertility experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Training, facilitation, coaching and mentor skills required
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote team building required
- Verbal and written abilities to communicate accurately and concisely required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships required
- Certifications in training and development and/or experience in teaching preferred
