Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Senior Paralegal to join our remote team at US Fertility.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

In this role, the Senior Paralegal will:
- Partner closely with attorneys, executive leadership, physicians, embryologists, nursing teams, and third-party agencies to ensure legal accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional support throughout the fertility care journey. The ideal candidate brings advanced paralegal expertise, healthcare regulatory knowledge, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead sensitive legal processes with professionalism and compassion.

Draft, review, and manage complex legal documents related to surrogacy arrangements, donor agreements, parentage matters, consent forms, medical record authorizations, and vendor contracts
- Conduct legal and regulatory research related to reproductive healthcare, privacy laws, healthcare operations, and emerging assisted reproductive technology (ART) legislation
- Support legal, compliance, risk management, litigation, audit, and investigation activities while assisting with the development and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures
- Coordinate legal documentation and case workflows by partnering with intended parents, surrogates, donors, attorneys, agencies, and clinical teams to ensure timely completion of legal requirements
- Track legal milestones, court filings, contract execution, compliance deadlines, and maintain accurate, audit-ready legal records and case files
- Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies, workflow gaps, and compliance risks to support operational excellence
- Serve as a senior resource by mentoring team members, providing training on legal procedures and compliance standards, and supporting process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, finance, human resources, and operations teams on legal, regulatory, and strategic business initiatives
- Support organizational compliance with healthcare privacy laws, reproductive healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and record retention requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the ethical handling of sensitive patient, legal, and organizational information
- Ability to travel to office locations up to 24% of the time, as needed
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably within healthcare, reproductive law, family law, or compliance
- Strong understanding of legal documentation, contract management, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced organizational and project management skills. · Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly sensitive environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information
Preferred
- Experience in fertility healthcare, assisted reproductive technology (ART), surrogacy, or donor services
- Knowledge of multi-state reproductive healthcare laws and parentage processes
- Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards and medical records management
- Experience with legal case management software and healthcare systems
